How is this different from a big agency?
Workbench SEO is run directly by Alex and Carmen. You are not handed to a rotating account team. Because we are a small team, we work directly with all of our clients to ensure maximum results.
Do I need a new website?
Not always. If the current site can be improved, we will improve it. If it is slow, thin, unclear, outdated, or hard to convert from, we will show you what is holding it back before recommending a rebuild.
How fast will I see results?
Some improvements can show up in the first couple of weeks, especially around Google Business Profile cleanup, tracking, and local visibility. More competitive SEO takes longer because service pages, authority, reviews, and trust signals build over time.
Do you require a long contract?
The monthly plans, Growth Engine and Market Leader, run on a six-month minimum, then continue month to month. SEO needs that runway because the work compounds over time. If you only want a one-time project, the Starter plan covers a website and Google setup with no ongoing commitment.
What does it cost?
There are three plans. Starter is a one-time $1,500 project: a professional website plus the setup to show up on Google. Growth Engine runs $1,500 to $2,500 a month for ongoing SEO, local SEO, AI search, backlinks, and managed ads. Market Leader starts at $3,500 a month for businesses competing across every channel.
